You can get one to stick to another through your hand. Kids love how strong they are, but if one is dropped, it will find the nearest thing to stick to, and may be hard to get off. I know one rater said that these barely hold a sheet of paper up, but I've been able to do a several pages with just one magnet without a problem at all. I have mighties that I use all of the time. They are that strong. If a little kid ate one, it would be an issue. They are crazy strong, so much so that I would NOT rate them as a toy. I use these in my office, and in my school (high school).
They're so tiny that my husband has trouble prying them up with his big, meaty fingers. They're so small and innocuous-looking in the package. Obviously not for the wee ones who haven't yet learned not to stick inedible objects in their various orifices. As magnets go, they come highly recommended. But open 'em up, get 'em near an appliance and BAM. Those little suckers slammed onto the Frigidaire with such force that I was genuinely startled.
If you need to use it to hold up something thicker than a regular sheet of printer paper, don't bother trying. If you do drop it, let it go, you won't find it again. I could not be less satisfied with this product. These tiny magnets are in no way good. They barely hold up one plain sheet of paper when you hang them, and god forbid if you drop one.
I cannot get over how small and how strong. Ones not in use I make decorative patterns with. These teeny tiny magnets have quite the punch of power. And they look great organizing my office.
Highly recommended. The name says it all. These Mighties help keep your space covered with pictures and not bulky magnets.
